Group classes

We offer various fun end effective group classes led by certified instructors for all ages, abilities, and fitness levels. Group classes are included free of additional charge with most SCAR gym memberships. We also welcome walk-ins for $10 per class. A 10-class package for individuals is $85. SCAR-Fit

The SCAR-Fit class incorporates conditioning and light resistance exercises with high intensity interval training to give you the total body workout you need. You’ll use leading edge training equipment and experience an innovative way to improve your ability to move and balance, increase strength and endurance, and create lean toned muscle. Get your new body with some hard work and a great time!

TRX Suspension Training

The TRX Suspension Training class features a workout system that leverages gravity and your body weight to perform countless different exercises. With the TRX Suspension Trainer you’re in control of how much you want to challenge yourself – you simply adjust your body position to increase or decrease resistance. You’ll be guided by one of our certified TRX instructors to build a rock-solid core and increase muscular endurance with this fast, fun, and effective total-body workout.

Pilates Mat

Pilates conditioning is a proven exercise system that gets you “in tune” with your body by concentrating on proper alignment and smooth movement patterns. It is effective for people of all ages, fitness levels, and body types. Our certified Pilates instructor will take you through a Mat class designed to increase your strength and flexibility while helping to optimize posture and alignment.

Stretch & Balance

Leo’s interactive class uses an array of stretching techniques to increase not only flexibility, but also to improve strength and balance. You will use the latest equipment including the TRX Suspension Trainer, Stretch Out Strap, foam rollers and more to give you the total body stretch you’ve been looking for. Learn new ways to move your body and to feel great!
