Sports Conditioning & Injury Prevention Membership

The SCIP membership combines our functional strength & flexibility training methods to help athletes at any age or competitive level maximize their athletic potential and prevent injury. We pride ourselves in helping each athlete to achieve their Personal Best.

 

The SCIP Membership Includes:

  • Gym access 6 days a week Monday through Thursday 5:30am to 9:00pm, Fridays 5:30am to 8:00pm and Saturdays 7:00am to 1:00pm
  • Access to dedicated, highly educated, nationally certified staff in a fun, friendly, and inspiring environment
  • Discounts on SCAR treatment services
  • Routine fitness assessments and goal setting consultations to assess strength, flexibility, balance, injury risk and more
  • Fitness program design and instruction
  • Group Fitness Classes (Pilates Mat, Stretch, TRX Suspension Training)
  • Injury evaluations, therapeutic exercise program design, and limited number injury treatments
