Pilates

Originated by Joseph Pilates, this exercise method applies current research and practice in medicine and movement. It is a proven exercise system that gets you “in tune” with your body by concentrating on proper alignment and smooth movement. It’s gentle enough for mothers-to-be, yet challenging enough for the super-fit athlete. Pilates works for everyone, regardless of age or condition.

Meet Our Certified Pilates Instructor

Sarah Wisher has been teaching Pilates since 2012. She is Balanced Body and Pilates Method Alliance certified. Currently she is working towards her Bachelor’s in Gerokinesiology and is expected to graduate December 2018. In her spare time she enjoys making soap and gardening, and she’s learning to ice skate.
